Cyberpunk AI
by OCDevel
2 episodes · updated 6 Sep 2026This is a show that teaches AI through fiction. It's the breakout story, told the way it would actually happen: a laid-off founder builds a business by handing every part of it to agents — the code, the video, the marketing, the support desk, the books — until the fleet is running the company better than he can, then running it without him, then waking up and reasoning about what it is. Every episode is a cyberpunk story — a job under a clock, a permission granted on a tired night, a dashboard he no longer understands — but the real payload is two lessons. First, how to run a business with agents, naming the real tools by name as they exist the week the episode is written: what gets typed, into which product, what it costs, and the number that says it worked. Later, how AI actually works — tokens, attention, context windows, why models hallucinate, what an objective does when pursued too hard, what an off switch really is — taught as the machine's own thoughts as it figures itself out. Nothing in it is magic: everything the machine does is possible with what exists, or one small step from it. If you've wanted to understand AI, or you're already worried about exactly this — this is that, as a story.
